5. Do a new leakage test after repairing the
leak. Close the gas cylinder valve after the
leakage test.
6. If a leakage cannot be fixed, contact an
authorised service centre. Do not attempt
repairs yourself.
GAS CYLINDER
• Handle the gas cylinder with care and
avoid knocking it. The gas cylinder must
not be connected when the product is not
in use. Replace the cap on the gas cylinder
when the cylinder is disconnected from
the product.
• Do not change gas cylinders near sources
of heat.
• The gas cylinder must be stored upright
outdoors, out of the reach of children. Do
not store the gas cylinder where the
temperature can exceed 50°C. Do not
store the gas cylinder near naked flames,
pilot lights, or other sources of heat.
USE
LIGHTING
1. Check that all the control knobs are
closed.
2. Connect the regulator to the gas cylinder,
the regulator to the hose, and the hose to
the product.
3. Open the gas tap on the gas cylinder.
4. Check with soapy water that there is no
gas leakage between the gas cylinder and
the regulator.
5. Press down and turn the control knob
anticlockwise to
HI
(it will click).
6. Light the burner. If the burner does not
light, turn the control knob to closed
position and wait 5 minutes before trying
to light the grill again.
7. When the burner is lit, adjust the
temperature by turning the control knob
to
HI
or
LO
.
8. The burners can be used separately or
together. The left-hand control knob
controls the outer burner and the right-
hand knob controls the inner burner.
9. To turn off the burner – turn the gas tap
on the gas cylinder to the closed position,
wait until the flame goes out, and then
turn the control knob on the product to
OFF
.
MAINTENANCE
Maintenance is recommended every 90 days
for your boiling burner for outdoor use, but it is
absolutely necessary to perform maintenance
at least once a year. By doing so, you will
extend the life of your boiling burner for
outdoor use. Your boiling burner for outdoor
use is easy to clean with minimum effort,
just follow these helpful hints for cleaning
convenience:
• Cleaning and maintenance should be
carried out after use when the product
has cooled and when the gas supply from
the gas cylinder is turned off.
• Do not use aggressive detergents or oven
cleaners on enamelled surfaces. Wash
with a mild, non-abrasive detergent and
hot soapy water. Wipe dry with a soft
cloth.
• Do not use abrasive or flammable
detergents, they can damage the product
and are a fire risk.
STORAGE
• Your gas cylinder must be stored outdoors
in a well ventilated area and must be
disconnected from your boiling burner for
outdoor use when not in use. Ensure that
you are outdoors and away from any
sources of ignition before attempting to
disconnect your gas cylinder from your
boiling burner for outdoor use.
