Step 3
First fit the tailgate’s frame onto the bottom plates using coach bolts
M8 x 16, lock washers and nuts. Then fit the frame and side panels
using the M6 x 20 hexagonal bolts, lock washers and nuts. Parts
required:
– 6 coach bolts, M8 x 16
– 6 washers, Ø8
– 6 lock washers, Ø8
– 6 nuts, M8
– 6 hexagonal bolts, M6 x 16
– 6 washers, Ø6
– 6 lock washers, Ø6
– 6 nuts, M6
Tighten the bolts for the bottom plates and side panels fully.
Step 4
Fit the headboard. Ensure you do not use any bolts in the holes
intended for the bed’s support (marked with
). Parts required:
• 6 coach bolts, M6 x 16
• 6 washers, Ø6
• 6 lock washers, Ø6
• 6 nuts, M6
• 4 coach bolts, M8 x 16
• 4 washers, Ø8
• 4 lock washers, Ø8
• 4 nuts, M8
Tighten all previously fitted bolts fully.
Step 5
Fit the wheel axle holder using:
– 12 coach bolts, M8 x 16
– 12 washers, Ø8
– 12 lock washers, Ø8
– 12 nuts, M8
Tighten fully.
