OTHER PROBLEMS:
DRIVE DOESN’T STARTUP
:
● Verify the voltage level on the backup input (
see cap. 1.3 Technical Data on page 11
).
● Verify the backup supply connection on the drive (
see cap. 2.6 Backup Supply connections on
), backup supply is required to startup the drive.
DRIVE DOESN’T COMMUNICATE
:
● Verify the USB cable is correctly connected.
● Try to replace the USB cable.
● Be sure the driver is installed.
