INTENDED USE
This generator is designated with an output of rated 5000 W / max. 5500 W@400V and rated
1800W /max. 2000W @ 230V.
Be sure to observe the restrictions in the safety instructions. The generator is intended to
provide electric tools and light sources with electricity. When using the device with household
appliances, please check their suitability in accordance with the relevant manufacturer’s
instructions. In case of doubt, ask an authorized dealer of the respective appliance. The
machineis to be used only for its prescribed purpose. Any other use is deemed to be a case
of misuse. The user / operator and not the manufacturer will be liable for any damage or
injuries of any kind caused as a result of this.
DESCRIPTION OF SYMBOLS
The use of symbols in this manual is intended to draw your attention to possible risks. The
safety symbols and the explanations that accompany them must be perfectly understood.
The warnings in themselves do not remove the risks and cannot replace correct actions for
preventing accidents.
This symbol, marking a point of safety, indicates a
caution, warning or danger. Ignoring this warning can
result in an accident to yourself or others. To limit the
risks of injury, fire or electrocution, always follow the
recommendations indicated.
Before any use, refer to the corresponding section in this
user manual.

Warning: the gasoline is highly volatile, flammable and
explosive.
The crossed-out wheeled bin symbol indicates that the
item should be disposed of separately from household
waste. The item should be handed in for recycling in
accordance with local environmental regulations for
waste disposal. By separating a marked item from
household waste, you will help reduce the volume of
waste sent to incinerators or land-fill and minimize any
potential negative impact on human health and the
environment.
The exhaust gets very hot during operation. Allow the
engine to cool before performing maintenance storage
and refueling. Do not touch the exhaust to avoid the risk
of burns and injury.
During operation, toxic gases are produced e.g. carbon
monoxide (Which is a colorless and odorless gas) this
gas may cause suffocation. Only operate the generator
outside to ensure adequate ventilation.
Switch the engine off and allow to cool before refuelling
the generator. Fuel is extremely flammable and under
certain conditions can be explosive. Only refuel the
generator in well ventilated areas ensuring that naked
lights, sparks and cigarettes are not present. Any
spillage of fuel should be immediately cleaned up.Do
not smoke or avoid any flame or spark when the
generator is refueled or when petrol is stored.
The generator must not be connected to the public
power supply. In case of improper connection there is a
risk of fire and damage to property including
electrocution to persons using the generator and
working on the public power supply.
Do not overload the generator’s capacity.
