ELECTRIC CUT OFF MACHINE 355 MM

1. PURPOSE APPLICATION
350 electric cut off machine is a new type of high-speed cutting tool. It can be used to cut various
shaped steel such as steel tube, angle bar, U steel, flat steel and circular steel especially suitable for
stainless steel, bearing steel, alloy steel hardened steel and cable. It is high efficiently and the cutting
section is smooth in addition to the above application, it has advantages as following:
1.Light weight and small dimensions make it convenient to carry.
2.The power source is easy to get. The machine is a single-phase electric power tool; all the range 230
V. AC power can be the machine power.
3.Safety and reliability in operation. The machine adopts double insulated motor; the operating handle
is made of insulation material. It is suitable to the moving units such as construction, petroleum,
geology, field maintenance teams, especially, it can be used by various research institutes, college
laborator and college run factory. It can also give a good service to your homework.
2. OPERATION, ADJUSTMENT
A- Safety and operation precaution:
1.
Unpack the package; put on the carbon-receiving shield (350-mm model)
2.
Check the power voltage in accordance with the rated voltage on the nameplate.
3.
Make sure the bolts and cutting wheel are tight, before operation; no load running should be taken
to make sure it's good condition and the wheel running in the right direction as the arrow indicated
the cutting operation can be taken only when it's right.
4.
When cutting, the wheel should touch the workpiece smoothly and evenly, then cut it with a certain
feeding speed in accordance with the individual condition of the work. Near the end of the cutting
operation, please slow the feeding speed and reduce the cutting pressure, when the work piece is
cut off, raise the handle and turn off the cutting wheel stop running.
5.
Never use the cut-off machine near combustible or explosive material, because spark will be
produced when cutting.
6.
The operator should be away from the rotating plane of the wheel to avoid accident.
7.
The operator should wear operation glasses-.
B- Adjustment:
1.
The front vice jaw has been factory set at "0" position. When desire to change the cutting angle,
loosen the two lock bolts on it and adjust its angle to desired position, then drive on the bolts.
2.
Cutting wheel changing method:
When the machine is stopped thoroughly, plug off the power control wheel to be without moving
with your hand, loose the lock bolt on the output spindle, take off the outer clamping disk and
cutting wheel, put on the clamping disk again, and drive on the bolt tightly, after all above, you can
turn on the power and make sure it is all right, to get ready for your new operating.
