Extra blades and hex key should be stored away
from children and adults with cognitive disabilities

Younger users and users with cognitive
disabilities must be supervised while using this
tool (THIS TOOL IS NOT A TOY)

Never allow this tool to be thrown
•
Adapt-A-Cut® is a tool and not a toy. This tool
cannot be allowed to be placed into a person’s
mouth.
•
The bottom of the tool should never be taken off
from the main body of Adapt-A-Cut®. Removal
would expose the sharp corner of the cutting
blade, which could result in injury.
