/Fault_out
Pin 16 (/Fault_out) indicates when a fault occurs or the Instrument is in protection status.
During normal operation, the voltage level of this pin stays high (5 V).
The voltage level will be low (0 V) if any of the circumstances below occurs:

/Transient
When the output status changes, pin 21 (/Transient ) will send out a 500 uS, 5 V to 0 V
pulse to synchronize with another external device as shown in the below timing diagram.
This function is not available in the Program modes.
To active this function, follow the settings: Configure → Config 2 → Transient → ON.
