B.O.L.T device switched ON, but
no LED is glowing
No charge in the
battery
Connect the respective
power adaptor to the
B.O.L.T device and charge.
Then power ON, if still the
LED is not glowing kindly
get it repaired in the
authorized service center
No response from the B.O.L.T
Device even after turning ON
Batteries are drained
Charge the B.O.L.T device
B.O.L.T device switched on, but
not showing in List of the
available Bluetooth device in the
application
Bluetooth pairing
problem
Restart the B.O.L.T device,
Then try to connect again
How is my health started in the
application but the device
doesn`t inflate the BP cuff

Close the application.
Restart the B.O.L.T device
and restart the entire
process again
Spo2 probe not connected

If “Connect Spo2 probe”
message pops up even if
the SPO2 probe is
connected to the device,
unplug the SPO2 probe and
re-plug the probe.
IRT probe not connected
IRT probe connection

If “Connect Temperature
probe” message pops up
even if the Temperature
probe is connected to the
device, unplug the
temperature probe and re-
plug the probe.
Bluetooth communication
disconnected while measuring
vitals and Bluetooth indicator
starts blinking
Bluetooth
communication error
Close the application.
Restart the B.O.L.T device
and restart the entire
process again
Application displays unexpected
errors/readings
User is not followed the
mandatory procedures
Follow the mandatory
procedures and retake the
readings
