Blood Oxygen Level Measurement Procedures using Pulse
Oximeter
Indication of Use:
The SpO2 probe (Pulse Oximeter) is designed for non-invasive spot-check of arterial
oxygen saturation (SpO2) and pulse rate for the intended operator (patient/user) in a
home, hospital or clinical environment.
Mandatory instructions to be followed during blood oxygen level measurement
Remove nail polish or dirt present on the finger before the measurement.
Clean the surface of the fingertip before the measurement.
Relax yourself or the user in a comfortable position.
Remain stable during the measurement.
Place the index finger properly inside the SpO2 probe.
The pulse oximeter should be connected to the base unit via the accessory port in the
base unit, The spo2 probe will not work indipendnetly.

Blood Oxygen Level measurement with B.O.L.T
B.O.L.T enables connecting a SpO2 probe through which the blood oxygen level is measured.

Insert the SpO2 connector into the socket firmly as shown below.
