11. How to reset B.One Eazy?
Smart Reset:
●
In the B.One App, tap on Settings at the bottom-right corner. Tap on Settings,
scroll down and select Reset. Enter your password and tap OK.
●
Enter the temporary password that you receive on your email address and tap
Next.
(User can login with same credentials used before Smart Reset to setup the Eazy
but data will be erased)
Manual Reset:
Press and hold the restart/reset button on your Eazy for about 15 seconds and
then release it. The LED indicator should turn RED / Blinking RED.
(No data will be lost with manual reset and user can setup the Eazy by clicking on
menu icon, click +Add and follow the setup steps)
Note: Data refers to remotes, calibrated information, profile details and access
points.
12. How do I connect my B.One Eazy to a different Wi-Fi router?
If the LED indicator is Solid Green:

Open the B.One App, tap on the Settings at the bottom-right corner of your
screen.

Select Settings and tap on Change Access point and a pop-up appears. Enter
your B.One password.
●
Select the desired Wi-Fi network from the list and enter the password of the
network (Note: If you do not see your Wi-Fi network in the list, tap on Refresh
icon. If you still do not see it, tap on Enter SSID to manually enter the name of
your Wi-Fi router)

Then, tap on connect Wi-Fi. Now, connect your phone to Wi-Fi network to
which B.One Eazy is connected and go back to the B.One App.
If the LED indicator is Blinking Red:

Connect your phone to Eazy(XXXXXXXXXXXX) network in your phone Wi-Fi
settings, now open B.One App tap on Settings. Select Settings and tap on
Change Access point, a pop-up appears. Enter your B.One password.

Select the desired Wi-Fi network from the list and enter the password of the
network. (Note: If you do not see the Wi-Fi network in the list, tap on Refresh
icon. If you still do not see it, tap on Enter SSID to manually enter the name of
your Wi-Fi router.)

Then, tap on Connect Wifi. Now, connect your phone to the Wi-Fi network to
which B.One Eazy is connected and go back to the B.One App.
