B.PRO Food Distribution Carts SAW/SAG/BTW9x7

In order to close the shut-off cock pull the detent pawl to the lever (1.) and 
turn the lever so that it is positioned vertically to the shut-off cock (2.). 

Rub the Bain-Marie basin dry.

Food distribution cart SAG

Water no longer required can be drained via a common drain pipe. The 
drain pipe is positioned in the center under the unit floor.

Each Bain-Marie basin has its own shut-off cock. The shut-off cocks are 
positioned at the unit rear.

Caution!

Hot water!

When wet loading, hot water is present in the Bain-Marie basin. When the hot 
water is drained, danger of scalding is present.

Allow the unit to cool off before it is cleaned. 

Position the food distribution cart over a drain outlet in the floor.

In order to open the shut-off cock turn the rotary handle counter-clock-
wise until the center link is positioned vertically. 

Drain the water.
