3. Step off the scale, the display screen will continue to show your weight for
a few seconds then it will turn off automatically.
4. When the scales are overloaded (over 180 kg / 396 lb / 28 st), the following
will appear on the screen:

This device may only be used for the purposes described in these instructions. The
manufacturer cannot be held liable for damage caused by incorrect application.
This device comprises sensitive components and must be treated with caution. Observe the
storage and operating conditions described in the “Technical Specifications» section.
Protect the scale against knocks, damp, dust, chemicals, drastic changes in temperature,
electromagnetic field and source of heat that are too near.
Never open this device.
If the scale would not be used in a long period, please take the battery out, and make sure there
is nothing on the scale.
Keep packaging material away from children!
Never step onto the outer edge of the scale with one foot as this could cause the scales to tip!
Device care
You can clean the scale with a damp cloth and a little washing up liquid, if required.
Never immerse the scale in water or rinse it under running water.
Disposal
Batteries and electronic devices must be disposed of in accordance with the locally applicable
regulations, not with domestic waste.
