DMX-CONFIGURATOR UPDATE
Do you want to install a newer version of the DMX Configurator, it is important to uninstall the old
version first properly. To do this go to "
Start
"> "
Control Panel
"> "
Programs and Features
" (in Windows
XP "software") and then remove the "
DMX Configurator
". Now select the new setup file and proceed as
described above.

DEFAULT SETTINGS
The DUO
DMX
GATEWAY is delivered with the following factory settings:
IP-address: 192.168.1.223
Subnetzmaske: 255.255.255.0
Device name: MAC Adresse des Gerätes
Physical address KNX: 15.15.255
Mulitcast address KNXnet/IP (“Routing”): 224.0.23.12 (cannot be changed)
EIBPort System ID: 0 (cannot be changed, important only for type 12000)
4.4
INITIAL COMMISSIONING
Connect the standard 12-30V power supply (DC) to the connection clamps or connect the device to
PoE enabled network cable. The power LED is lighting constant green if the device is in operation.
Note: You require an SD card for the initial commissioning
Start the DMX-Configurator and browse to the menu “Extensions” – “DUO
DMX
GATEWAY”.

You will be asked to choose the device type you are using You have the following choices:
