• Make sure lower anchor strap or vehicle seat belt is routed
through the rear-facing belt path, marked with a blue stripe.

side to side and front to back.

• Check the rear-facing level indicator to make sure the seat is
level.
• Harness straps must be
at or just below
the top of child’s
shoulders and chest clip must be at
armpit level.
• Infants who weigh less than 22 lb (10 kg)
MUST be rear-facing.
• The AAP recommends that children ride rear-facing until the
age of 2 or until they reach the maximum rear-facing height or
weight rating for their car seat. This car seat can remain rear-
facing up to 50 lb (22 kg).
• The RAPIDLOCK lock-off
