Plug the free end of the long encoder cable
(already installed on the QuiltMotion plate and
used in the last step) into the encoder lever of the
carriage as shown in Fig. 2-A.
2-2 .
Place the Cable Clip on the end of the cable
plug as shown in Fig. 2-B. When in place it will
look like Fig. 2-C.
