Thread the LCD USB Cable down the
machine and attach it to the first two (2) zip
tie mounts using one (1) zip tie per mount, as
shown in Fig. 10-D.
NOTE:
Keep the zip ties loose enough that the
cord can move freely if needed.
10-4 .
Thread the LCD USB Cable down the
machine and attach it to the third zip tie mounts
using one (1) zip tie, as shown in Fig. 10-E.
10-5 .
Thread the LCD USB Cable underneath
the plastic casing, as shown in Fig 10-F, but do
not attach the cord to the zip tie mount yet.
10-6 .
Thread the LCD USB Cable back
underneath the plastic casing, leaving most
of the slack to the back of the machine. Next,
plug the LCD cord into the QuiltMotion Plate, as
shown in Fig. 10-G.
10-7 .
Gather the slack form the LCD USB Cable
towards the back of the carriage but do not use
the zip tie yet.
10-8 .
While holding the LCD USB Cable move
the sewing machine all the way forward, shown
in Fig. 10-H and all the way back as shown in
Fig. 10-I. Make sure that the cord is never pulled
tight, but that it is not so loose that it drags on
the table or interferes with the wheels. If you
need to add or remove slack do it and then
perform the same test again.
