When the foot tube is completely opened, hold the tray forward and turn
by hand as shown in Fig. 6

Installing the seat cover
First open the chair, then attach both ears of the cover, as shown in Fig. 8.
Fasten lap belt buckle
Slide the tray under the lap belt buckle, as shown in Fig. 9.
Open the footrest
Pull the footrest with the right hand
from the front under the seat, pull
out and open, then the footrest will
be opened. Pulling out and pushing
in, then the footrest will be folded.
