REGARDING 

THE 

NI-mH 

BATTERIES OF THIS UNIT
To  obtain  and  maintain  the 
longest 

battery 

autonomy 

possible,  allow  it  to  charge 
for  16  hours  before  using  it 
for  the  first  time  and  then 
approximately  every  three 
months.  Full  autonomy  of  the 
unit will only be obtained after 
three complete recharge cycles.

CHARGING THE TRImmER

1.  Plug the cord into the unit and 

connect the transformer. Before 
using  the  trimmer  for  the  first 
time,  allow  it  to  charge  for  16 
hours. Make sure the trimmer’s 
switch is in the OFF position.

2.  Check  that  the  charging 

indicator light is lit.

3.  A  full  charge  provides  a 

minimum of 30 minutes’ use of 
the trimmer.

4.  Subsequent  charges  should 

also be 16 hours.

WATERPROOF

For a greater comfort of use, your 

E838XE trimmer is waterproof and 

can  even  be  used  in  the  shower. 

Easy  to  clean,  it  guarantees  a 
maximum hygiene.

USE ON THE mAINS

To use the trimmer on the mains, 
plug  the  chord  directly  into  the 
unit.
Plug  the  trimmer,  in  the  OFF 
position,  into  the  mains  and 
switch  ON  (If  the  battery  is  very 
weak, wait about 1 minute).
IMPORTANT! Use only the adapter 
that is supplied with the trimmer

1000mA.

HANDLING THE COmB GUIDE 

The  comb  guide  is  very  practical 
and  guarantees  an  even  cutting 
length.
NOTE: Always put the comb guide 
on  BEFORE  turning  the  trimmer 
on,  and  turn  the  trimmer  off 
before removing it.

BODY

Thanks  to  this  shaving  head  for 

body,  you  can  trim  or  shave  any 

part  of  your  body  quickly  and 

evenly (chest, stomach, legs, etc.)

The  shaving  head  includes  2 

blades.  These  blades  shorten 

long  hair  and  allow  you  to  easily 

achieve precise shaving.

The  cutting  guide  used  with 

the  shaving  head  allows  you 

to  determinate  the  hair  length 

to  3,  6  or  9mm  when  you  don’t 

want to shave completely (for ex. 

underarms).
