button for 1-2 seconds to switch
the appliance off and unplug.

salon heat wrap.
HEAT PROTECTION GLOVE
IMPORTANT: A heat protection
glove has been supplied to help
protect the hand from tempora-
ry contact with the barrel when
wrapping the hair around the ap-
pliance. Please note the heat pro-
tection glove is only designed to
give initial contact protection. Dis-
comfort will be caused with pro-
longed contact with the hot sur-
face.
SALON HEAT WRAP
The wand comes with a salon heat
wrap for use during and after sty-
ling. During use do not place this
appliance on any heat sensitive
surface, even when using the wrap
provided. After use, switch off and
unplug the appliance. Allow to ful-
ly cool down on the heat mat and
stand provided before storing it in
the dedicated compartment.
IMPORTANT: The black satin ma-
terial is not heat resistant and the
appliance should not be placed on
this material whilst hot.
AUTO SHUT-OFF
This appliance has an automatic
shut off feature for added safety.
If the appliance is switched on for
more than 72 minutes continuous-
ly, then it will automatically switch
off. If you wish to continue using
the appliance after this time, sim-
ply press the I/0 button to turn the
power on.
MAINTENANCE AND CARE
• In order for the iron to retain its
top performance it is important
to make sure there is no product
build up on the barrel. When the
appliance is completely cool and
unplugged, use a damp cloth
over the surface of the barrel to
wipe away any styling product.
• Keep the power cord away from
the hot barrel at all times.
• Before storing away, always allow
the barrel to cool down and place
in the heat mat provided for ex-
tra protection.
• To prevent cord damage, do not
wrap the cord around the ap-
pliance – always store the cord
next to it.
