TRIMMING TIPS
• Place the trimmer at a slight right angle to the skin and trim in the
direction of hair growth.
• Continue trimming in the direction of growth. Be careful not to apply
excess pressure to the blade. This may damage the blade, and can
result in injury to the skin during trimming.
• Pull the skin firmly with one hand during the trimming process to
ensure the closest possible shave.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE:
To maintain optimum performance, the appliance should be cleaned after
each use.
• Ensure the appliance is switched off.
• Gently blow any hairs from the trimmer head.
• Each head can be removed and rinsed under the tap.
• Do not allow the handle to come into contact with water; it is not
waterproof.
• After cleaning, make sure to shake the trimmer head and allow it to
dry thoroughly before replacing it on the handle.
Changing the battery
The trimmer requires 1 x AAA battery. To insert or replace the battery,
hold the trimmer with the back facing you, placing your thumb on the
small textured panel, push your thumb down to disengage and slide
the battery cover down and away from the trimmer. Firmly push up to
remove the casing. Insert the battery as indicated on the inside of the
battery compartment. Replace the casing by sliding it back into the
main trimmer until it clicks into place. If the appliance remains unused
for a while or if the battery has run down, remove it from the appliance.
