INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

A. Basic sling

• Take the sling by the two ends

(Figure 1)

.

• Place the end of the sling without the ring inside the two rings

(c) (Figure 2)

. To do this more easily, fold the end of the sling

without a ring like a fan

(Figure 3)

.

• Thread the end of the sling through the lower sling

(Figures 4, 5 et 6)

.

• Fit the sling on your shoulder

(Figure 7)

. The sling can be positioned on the right or the left-hand shoulder to suit the wearer.

• Adjust the sling. By pulling on the inner end of the sling

(d)

, the wearer can tighten the padded inner end of the sling (directed

downwards depending on the position)

(f)

and form a pouch. By pulling on the outer end of the sling

(e)

, the wearer can

tighten the padded outer end of the sling (directed upwards depending on the position)

(g)

and tighten the child against

him/her. The wearer must not overtighten this part before the child is installed in the pouch

(Figure 8)

WARNING

: As a baby cannot hold its head before 4 months, one of the straps of the sling must therefore cover its head in

order to hold it.

Advice

- The ring

(c)

must always be positioned between the shoulder and the chest. Make sure that it is not laid on the shoulder or

too close to the neck

(Figure 9)

- Make sure the fabric is well spread out over the wearing shoulder.
- Make sure that the sling is tight in every carrying position to ensure the child is correctly held.
- Make sure the child is not positioned too low down for optimum carrying comfort.

B. Cradle carry position - From birth to 3 months

ATTENTION!

The child’s face must always be within the carrying adult’s reach.

•Install the baby in the cradle position. Start by placing the child's bottom, then his/her legs and lastly his/her head

(Figures

10,11 et 12)

. You are advised to place the baby’s head the opposite end to the ring

(c)

. If, however, the user prefers to position

the baby’s head, the ring

(c)

, end, you are advised to wrap the end of fabric around the ring

(c)

.
