the Seat Back in the most upright 

position illustrated in (Fig. 18).

in the Seat Fabric, Seat Insert, 

Seat Back, and Seat Base (Fig. 22). 

When Harness Attachment Tabs are 

through the provided slots, rotate 

the Harness Attachment Tabs 90 

degrees. Make sure that the straps 

are firmly in place.
