14.5 Wheel groups and tyres
ATTENTION
RISK OF FALLING AND ACCIDENTS
Damages and defects to the wheel groups and to the tyres may cause dangerous driving situations,
falling, accidents and damages to objects.

If you experience any anomaly contact your Official Dealer.
●
Use your Bicycle again only after an appropriate repairing made by your Official Dealer.

Wheel groups “jump”.

Damages to the tyres.

Lacerated spoke.
Contact a garage immediately.
Noises: squeaks, bangs, dragging or
other.
External bodies are stuck inside the
wheel groups.
Remove external bodies.
Afterwards, use the Bicycle
carefully. Have your Bicycle
checked by a garage to detect
possible damages.
Damages to the wheel group.
Contact a garage immediately.
Laborious gait.
Insufficient pressure.
Increase the pressure (see section
5.2.2.3). If the same situation
repeats in short time, it means that
the tyre is deflated (see next line) .

More and more laborious gait.

Unusual motion of the wheel
(you can feel every little stone).
Deflated tyre.
Replace the inner tube, if necessary
the tyre and the flap, see section
Cap.14.5.1.
Soft brake lever (insufficient braking
power).
Lack of oil in the braking system.
Control the oil level using the
specific top-up cap. (N.B Use
mineral oil)
Squeaks while pedalling.
Lack of lubricant in the central
motion.
Lubricate the central motion using
lithium grease.

ERROR 25 (Braking system sensor)
Ignition with the brake lever inserted.
Turn the E-Bike on without pulling
the brakes.
ERROR 24 (Engine sensor)
Engine connector.
Control if the connector is correctly
inserted inside the Bike wiring.
Irregular and/or missing Aided-
Pedalling.
Phonic wheel too far from the Pas
Sensor.
Control the distance between the
Pas Sensor and the phonic wheel
and, if necessary, place it with your
hands.
Intermittent battery level on the
display.
Insufficient battery contact.
Check if the battery is placed
exactly on the contacts of your E-
Bike
Soft brake lever (insufficient braking
power).
Low oil level in the braking system.
Check the oil level using the
appropriate filling cap. (N.B. use
mineral oil).
Squeaks while riding.
Lack of lubricants in the central
movement.
Lubricate the central movement
with lithium grease.
NOTA: Wheel spokes are not covered by the guarantee.
