Trouble Shooting
4 Steps to solving your Ice & Water Vending machine problems
1. Read the enclosed“ Indicator Lights” and related “Trouble Shooting” chapters in your owner’s manual for
solutions to problems.
2. If after reading the “Trouble Shooting” chapter, you are not able to diagnose & solve the problem, fill out
and email the “Trouble Shooting Questionnaire” to
techsupport@bagofice.com
. A Bag of Ice technician
will call to assist you or email you further directions. Technical support hours are Monday thru Friday 9am
to 5pm. If a “Trouble Shooting Questionnaire” arrives by email after hours or on the weekend your issue
may or may not get addressed based upon the problems complexity.
3. If after following the instructions in the email, your problem is not solved, reply with an email requesting
a phone consultation or call 788-371-1555 ext. 5 to speak to a technician directly. If a Bag of Ice technical
support person is unavailable to speak with you immediately, he or she will respond with available
times for a follow up consultation. Bag of Ice will assume that the person calling or available for the
consultation is qualified and skilled in performing basic trouble-shooting and testing, will be equipped
with a ladder, hand tools, and test equipment, and that this person understands and will be responsible
for his or her actions.
4. Follow up, because we care. After you receive a help document, suggestions or a phone conversation
from a BOI technical support, let them know your problem has been resolved or if you still require
assistance.
* If you do not utilize email, please read the “Trouble Shooting” chapter in your owner’s manual for solutions
to problems. If you are not able to diagnose & solve the problem, please make a copy of the “Trouble
Shooting Questionnaire” in your owner’s manual, fill out the questionnaire and fax it to Bag of ice at 386-243-
8287. Bag of Ice will fax you back further directions. If you are still unsuccessful,
call 877-371-1555 ex 3
to
schedule a phone consultation. Bag of Ice will assume that the person available for the phone consultation is
qualified and skilled in performing basic trouble-shooting and testing, will be equipped with a ladder, hand
tools and test equipment, and that this person understands that he or she will be responsible for his or her
actions
