Daily disinfection

In case of visibly contaminated surfaces (blood, pus, secretions, etc.), the surfaces must be disinfected
immediately after the patient has been treated and the respective exposure time of the disinfectant must
be adhered to.
Weekly disinfection
-
Change the dust bag whenever ¾ full.

Wipe down all surfaces, including all objects, devices, buttons, levers and switches in the treatment
room with disinfectant.

In particular, wipe down hands contact points for staff and the clients on nearby surfaces.
This disinfection procedure may only be carried out when the device is unplugged from the
mains.
The safety rules for handling alcohol-containing disinfectants must be observed to avoid fire
and explosion hazards!
The safety limit of 50 ml of disinfectant per m² of treated surface area or a total of 100 ml per
m² of room surface area must not be exceeded.
Ensure adequate ventilation and eliminate any possible ignition sources (no smoking)!
Hot surfaces, including inside appliances (fan heaters), must be cooled down.
General
The cleaning of the rotating bits used must be carried out in accordance with the applicable RKI (Robert Koch
Institute) guidelines, the general hygiene plan for foot care devices and the manufacturer's instructions.
