MAINTENANCE, DISTURBANCE AND REPAIR
4.1 General maintenance demands
In general the following demands apply:

The pallet hook needs to be kept clean to assure the right
operation.
➢
After 20 working hours, check all bolted connections and tighten
if necessary.
4.2 Maintenance schedule
In this chapter you will find a schedule which is your guide for the
necessary maintenance for your pallet hook.

Further it is necessary that your pallet hook has an annually check-up

4.3 Malfunction
The eventually appearing malfunctions can only be mechanical.

If there are parts that need to be replaced on the pallet hook, at all
times use original parts.
