The ionizing air blower  is designed for more maintenance and less 

repair.

A.Clean the emission component

 To clean the emission point, slide the cleaning brush right and left until 

the emission needle head is clean. The cleaning should be at least once a 
week.

B.Clean the air input and air output

:pull out the plug and power off before maintenance to avoid 

danger.

D.Removal time of the static measurement
      Use the static analysis instrument or the load monitoring board to 
measure the removal time of the static measurement.

E.Calibration

      The ion input of the Ionizing air blower was designed to be steady and 
fixed. Because of the voltage fluctuation or air humidity in the environment 
and other factors, the ion balance (residual voltage) can be shifted by a 
magnitude according to the condition when operating.

C.Ion balance measurement
      Use the Ion testing instrument to measure the ion balance (residual 
voltage).

      The air input net and ion output net should be clean to avoid block of air 
current. 

Soft brushes or compressed air can be used for the parts.
