Replacing Power Spring “continued”:

12. Twist the complete spring case assem

bly to the left or right, making sure

that the power spring is centered and

has engaged the spring center plates

(26).

13. Align upright assembly (15) with base

(40) and top tie bar (19). Place bolts

(11 & 12) back through the base and

top tie bar and tighten to 100 - 110 inch

pounds. Inspect complete reel for

proper function and adjust power spring

as needed by adding one to two loops

of hose at a time to increase power

spring tension.
