ASSEMBLAGE DU MASQUE BH3 ET DU CASQUE

Si vous avez acheté le masque de soudage BH3 avec un casque, la boucle Speedy Loop
remplace le harnais standard. Notez bien que les trous dans le casque ainsi que les bou
-
lons, écrous et rondelles sont différents de ceux du harnais standard.
Insérez les vis (A) à travers les trous dans la boucle Speedy loop (E).
Insérez le Speedy loop (E) dans la coque du masque (F) comme illustré sur la figure 1 et pous-
sez les vis (A) à travers les trous rectangulaires de la coque du masque.
Placez la pièce de réglage d’inclinaison (B) du côté droit entre le Speedy loop (E) et la coque du
masque (F). Assurez-vous que la petite goupille est bien fixée dans l’un des quatre trous de la
pièce de réglage de l’inclinaison. Choisissez le trou qui vous offre un confort optimal.
Serrez les écrous (C) et les rondelles (C1, C2) sur les vis (A).
Placez le masque et le Speedy loop au-dessus du casque comme sur la figure 2. Le « clic » à
droite et à gauche permet de bloquer la position. Si nécessaire, ajustez la longueur/le diamètre
du Speedy loop pour une tenue optimale sur le masque. Réglez l’écart depuis l’avant du masque
de soudage en étirant / réduisant de manière coordonnée des parties avant et arrière du Speedy
loop afin de trouver la position la plus confortable.
Le harnais du casque (G) peut être réglé en tournant la molette arrière (H) pour s’adapter au tour
de tête. Appuyez sur la molette et maintenez-la enfoncée pendant qu’elle tourne, puis, lorsque
vous avez trouvé la position la plus confortable, relâchez-la pour qu’elle verrouille la position
voulue.
Le harnais est équipé d’une bande absorbante remplaçable. Les bandes absorbantes
sont disponibles auprès de votre revendeur local.
