Remarks
The position encoder can be moved in the range
D=0.5mm to 2mm in front of the active surface in the
measurement direction (see installation diagram 1+3).
The resulting non-linearity of the output signal is minimal
in the distance range D=1.0 mm to 1.75 mm. The
technical data, in particular the repeat accuracy, applies
after a warm-up period of 15 min. The position detected
by the sensor (A) lies in the center of the position encoder
(line of symmetry).
