Possibilités de configuration
DANGER
Mouvements incontrôlés du système
Lors de la mise en service et lorsque le système
d’encodeur magnétique fait partie intégrante d’un
système de régulation dont les paramètres n’ont pas
encore été réglés, des mouvements incontrôlés peuvent
survenir. De tels mouvements sont susceptibles de
causer des dommages corporels et matériels.
►
Avant de procéder à la configuration, l’installation
doit être mise hors service.
►
Le BTL ne doit être raccordé au module de
communication que pour la configuration.
►
Une fois la configuration terminée, le module de
communication doit être retiré.
Conditions préalables
– BTL raccordé au module IO‑Link Master et au PC.
– Le logiciel doit être installé correctement.
– Raccorder le BTL à l’alimentation électrique.
– Capteur de position sur BTL.

Capteur de position et sorties
Réglage usine possible du nombre de capteurs de
position :
– Un capteur de position
– Flexible Magnet Mode (FMM)
Deux sorties peuvent être affectées indépendamment. Le
nombre de capteurs de position peut être réglé de façon
fixe ou flexible.
–
Réglage fixe – un capteur de position :
en cas de
réglage d’un capteur de position, un deuxième capteur
de position est ignoré.
–
Flexible Magnet Mode (FMM) :
dans le mode FMM,
le nombre de capteurs de position est flexible, de sorte
qu’il puisse être modifié même en cours de
fonctionnement. Si deux capteurs de position se
trouvent sur le BTL, la fonction de sortie respective est
émise par les sorties. S’il n’y a qu’un seul capteur de
position sur le BTL, sa fonction de sortie est toujours
émise par la sortie 1. Comme il n’y a pas de deuxième
capteur de position, la sortie 2 émet la valeur d’erreur.
Fonctions des sorties
–
Position :
position dans la plage de mesure.
–
Différence de position :
distance entre deux capteurs
de position. Cette sélection n’est possible que si le
Flexible Magnet Mode (FMM) est sélectionné pour le
nombre de capteurs de position.
–
Vélocité :
vélocité du capteur de position. Le signe
indique le sens du mouvement. Un mouvement du
point zéro au point d’extrémité est indiqué par un signe
positif. Un mouvement du point d’extrémité au point
zéro est indiqué par un signe négatif. La plage de
vitesse maximale mesurable est de −10…+10 m/s.
État des sorties
– L’état des sorties analogiques est lisible.
Courbe à configuration libre
– Le point zéro et le point final peuvent être lus (appris).
– La distance entre le point zéro et le point final doit être
au minimum de 10 mm.
– La courbe peut être inversée.
– Il est possible d’adapter les limites à la plage de
mesure.
– Il est possible de fixer la valeur d’erreur conformément
aux limites.
Condition aux limites avec deux capteurs de position
– La distance entre deux capteurs de position doit être
au minimum ≥ 65 mm.
