DESIGN CHARACTERISTICS
Burners are composed by:
• Ventilating part in light aluminium alloy.
• Centrifugal fan for high performances.
• Intake air conveyor.
• Adjustable combustion head with stainless steel nozzle and
steel deflector disk.
• Flame inspection glass.
• Three-phase electric motor to run fan.
• Air pressure switch to ensure the comburent air presence.
• Gas train complete with control valve, operating and safety val-
ves, valve seal control, minimum and maximum pressure swi-
tch, pressure regulator and gas filter.
• Automatic burner command and control equipment with micro-
processor (electronic cam) in accordance with European stan-
dard EN298 integrated with valve seal control.
• Display showing the operating sequence and error code in the
event of a lockout.
• Flame detection by means of ionisation electrode.
• Control panel including on/off and burner off switches, fuel se-
lector, operation and shut-down warning lights.
• Electric system with protection class IP54.
TECHNICAL FUNCTIONAL CHARACTERISTICS
• Gas burner compliant with European Standards EN 676 and
European Directives 006/42/EC; 2006/95/EC; 97/23/EC;
2004/108/EC.
• Operation at two progressive stages / modulating.
• Combustion head with partial recirculation of combusted gases
with reduced NOX emissions (according to EN 676 for natural
gas).

Fuel / comburent air flow rate regulation by means of two ser

vomotors controlled by the electronic equipment
• Shutter closing in pause to prevent any heat dispersion to the
flue.
• Hinge opens both ways to permit convenient access to the
mixer without dismantling the burner from the boiler.
• Valve seal control according to European Standard EN 676.
• Display showing operating sequence and error code in case of
lock-out on the control panel.
