Restore factory settings and unbind

There are two methods to operate.

1.Operate in the lock:

1)Click the resetting button which is on the bottom right corner of battery box for 5s to restore factory

setting.

(if you set up users information on the fingerprint lock, you can restore factory setting on lock by

this way).

2)Press “6#” to restore factory setting( have to close all Phone Bluetooth), the timeout is 10s.

(if y ou set up

users information by tuya app).

2.Operate in the app:

The lock is connected to the Tuya APP.

On the unlock page, click the “edit”on the top right corner,then click” remove device”--”Disconnect and

wipe data”--”confirm”.The lock will be completely restored to factory settings.
