SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS:
• Before each use, inspect the kettle visually and do not use it if any of its components are damaged.
• Do not repair the damaged kettle or any of its components (kettle itself, stand, plug, power cord, etc.) by yoursel-
ves. Have it repaired by a specialist workshop.
• If the power cord of this appliance is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or its service technician
or a similarly qualified person in order to avoid a hazardous situation.
• Do not insert the plug into socket and do not pull it out of the socket with wet hands or by pulling by the cord.
• The kettle must not be used to heat liquids other than drinking water.
• Never use the kettle near the bathtub, shower, pool, or whirlpool.
• Keep the kettle out of reach of children and legally incapable persons. Children from 8 years of age can use the
kettle with adult supervision.
• The kettle can only be operated with the stand that belongs to it.
• The kettle can be taken out of the stand only when the switch is in the off position (indicator light not on).
• When handling the kettle, always take care not to injure yourself (e.g. boiling water, steam)
• Always make sure the kettle lid is closed; do not open it when the water is boiling. There is a risk of scalding when
operating the kettle with its lid open.
• Do not overfill the kettle. If the kettle is overfilled, water may splash out.
• Avoid contact with steam escaping from the kettle spout.
• The kettle is hot during operation. Always hold the kettle by the handle that remains cool.
• Do not fill or empty the kettle when it is standing on the stand.
• When you are not using the kettle, disconnect the power cord by pulling the plug out of the socket. Never pull on
the power cord, there is a risk of damage and injury.
• When the kettle is in operation, do not leave it unattended.
• Never immerse the kettle or stand in water or other solutions. Prevent contact of water with the stand, power
cord, plug, and the connector of the kettle and stand.
• Never use the kettle if your hands or feet are wet.
• Protect the kettle from moisture and frost.
• Make sure the kettle always stands on a level and stable surface.
• Use only undamaged and correct extension cables.
• The kettle components are made of polymers (plastic). Therefore, protect the kettle from excessive heat.
• Never use the appliance for any purpose other than that described in this manual!
NOTICE:
During operation, the kettle is subject to regular revisions according to the ČSN 33 1610 standard.
After the kettle life has ended, it must be disposed of in accordance with applicable waste disposal laws. The
product was issued a conformity declaration pursuant to Act no. 22/97 Coll., as amended.
Neither the manufacturer nor the supplier is responsible for any damage due to improper or unprofessional
installation or failure to observe the instructions given in this Operating Manual.
