File Association Menu (sample)
The
File Association
Menu
enables you to associate an input configuration file with each
of the eight inputs. The “associations” listed on the menu tell the system which file to use
when an input is selected from the front panel. Please note:
•
By default (and after a system reset), file associations are 1:1 with the input
numbers themselves (e.g., input 1 = 1, input 2 = 2, etc.). However, any
association can be configured.
•
On the
Save Config
and
Recall Config
menus, when you select a file number
and save or recall an input, the system automatically creates a file association,
using the selected file number. For example, if you save input 1 with file number
10, that association will be listed on the
File Association Menu
.
To create a file association:
•
Scroll to the desired input line and press
SEL
.
•
Use the
ADJUST
knob to choose the desired file, and press
SEL
to accept. This
file will now be used “first” when that input is selected from the front panel —
whether or not
In Auto Acquire
is
ON
.
•
Repeat to configure additional file associations.
Refer to the “
” section on page 70 for additional information
on the
Auto Acquire
mode.
