2 AC motors for roller drive with
integrated gear, incremental
transducer and drip cover.
• Roller bearing.
• Panel with:
- 2 frequency inverter with DC
link coupling: brake energy is
converted into drive energy.
- Sedomat controller with internal
IEC1131 PLC and I/O’s.
- Operator control
box for loading,
unloading,
sampling,
forward/backward
motion, open
hood.
- Pneumatic.
- Complete electronics for all
functions.
Options:
• Second operator control box for
two-sided loading.
• Flow meter for overflow rinsing.
• Frequency inverter for liquor
circulation.

required, saving several 1,000’s

• Reduced energy consumption by
DC link coupling (brake energy is
converted into drive energy).

- Temperature, dosing, etc.
- Consumption of power, energy,
water (when flow meter
connected).
- Length of fabric.
• Integration with SedoMaster/
ColorMaster enables planning,
statistical reports and further
process optimization.
