Highlight 'Dimming' by pressing the control disc forwards or back-
wards in the Service menu and press
ENTER
to select.
The projector starts always with full lamp power but it can be reduced
to 50% of its maximum power in 8 steps.
Press the control disc to the left or to the right to reduce or increase
the lamp power. Press EXIT when the desired lamp power is installed.
The Service menu returns on the screen.
Due to start up conditions of the lamp (always full power), the Dimming
setting is not saved when the projector is powered down.
DIMMING

Highlight the 'Lamp Drive mode' by pressing the control disc forwards
or backwards in the Service menu and press
ENTER
to select.
Select between 'economic' and 'normal positions' for preferred lamp
wattage. This will increase or decrease the lamp power and life as
shown:
Economic Mode
- 400W for 3500 hours in continuous operation
Normal Mode
- 575W for 2000 hours in continuous operation
Time calculations are automatically adjusted for in the lamp run time
history in accordance to the choice of economic or normal modes
selected.
