After dismantling, clean all parts in low
aromatic kerosene.
Examine the parts and exchange them
if necessary.
Immediately before assembly, lubricate
each part with hydraulic oil and grease
rubber parts with vaseline.

1. Remove drain plug (10) and washers (11).
2. Remove both seal plugs (37), place motor in holding tool.
3. Remove both plugs (42), use 5 mm Allan head.
4. Remove both washers (41).
5. Remove both springs (40).
6. Remove both balls (39), tilt motor and springs and balls will
come out.
7. Remove screws (43) that hold on valve housing, use 22 mm
socket.
8. Remove valve housing (38), lift off carefully as a unit, hold
your fingers under the channel plate (item no. 28).
9. Remove O-ring (24).
10. Remove channel plate (28).
11. Remove stop ring (29).
12. Remove disc valve (30).
13. Remove spacer (35).
14. Remove balance plate (31), Fill the spacer hole with oil and
use the 18.4 mm mandrel as a piston (in the spacer hole)
to force the balance plate up.
15. Remove guide pin (32).
16. Remove O-ring (33).
17. Remove O-ring (34).
18. Remove spring washer (36).
19. Remove valve drive (27).
20. Remove guide pin (26).
21. Remove gearwheel set (25), hold fingers under the gearwheel
set to prevent the parts from dropping out.
22. Remove O-ring (24).
23. Remove cardan shaft (14).
24. Remove conical seal ring (8).
25. Remove the six screws (1) that hold on front cover, use 13
mm socket.
26. Remove front cover (3).
27. Remove O-ring (5).
28. Remove dust seal ring (2), use special mandrel (C).
29. Remove shaft seal (4), use special mandrel (C).
30. Remove shaft including bearings (7, 19, 23), press out the
shaft /bearing assembly using a hydraulic press (pressing
force max 2500 N [550 lbf]) using the special mandrel (D).
