Caution
Before starting pressure measurement, make
sure that there are no people around the
machine.
Caution
For the pressure gauge and hydraulic hose,
use devices capable of withstanding at least
30 MPa (306.43 kgf/cm
2
) (4,350.98 psi).
Raise the seat.
Note:
The measurement port on the brush frame
ascending side is located at the stack valve.
Remove the G-port plug of the stack valve
using a 1/4 hexagon wrench.

Important
The G port plug is a PT screw.
When installing the plug, wrap the thread area
with seal tape, and tighten the plug using the
appropriate torque.
Install the adapter 1013-6 and pressure
gauge for high pressure measurements on
the G port of the stack valve.
Secure the pressure gauge for high
pressure measurements onto the main
body frame with a band.
Note:
Insert the hydraulic hose in a location that
will not get pinched by the seat.

Return the raised seat to its original
position.
Start the engine, and rev it up to the
maximum rpm.
Tilt the brush up/down lever to the up side.
