Caution
Before starting pressure measurement, make
sure that there are no people around the
machine.
Raise the seat.
Remove the special T PT1/4 PF1/4 screw
cap attached to the up/down cylinder.

Prepare a pressure gauge for extremely low
pressure measurements.

Attach the pressure gauge for extremely
low pressure measurements to the special
T PT1/4 PF1/4.

Secure the pressure gauge for extremely
low pressure measurements to the main
frame using bands.
Note:
Route the hydraulic hose in positions that
will not cause the hose to be pinched by the
seat.

Return the raised seat to its original
position.
Start the engine, and rev it up to the
maximum rpm.
The normal pressure is 0.98 MPa (10
kgf/cm
2
) (142.13 psi).
Position the brush up/down lever to the
down side, and the roller press lever to the
rear side.
