5.2 Operation
Make sure the device is disconnected from the power supply.
Before use, clean the device according to the instructions set out in point
6
“Cleaning”
.
Place the required warm food in the appropriate GN 1/1 container into the cut-out
in the surface under the heating tube.
Connect the device to the single grounded socket.
Turn on the heating tube with the ON/OFF switch by setting it to
“ON“
position.
The food is kept warm from the top during the required time due to the heating tube.
The heating tube is responsible for even heat distribution.
Remove the food products when needed and serve.
HOT EXTERNAL SURFACE! Risk of burns!
The device is very hot during operation. Do not touch hot
surfaces to avoid burns. Use protective gloves or a kitchen
towel to remove the GN container from the cut-out in
surface.
When the device is not in use, set the ON/OFF switch to
“OFF”
position and
remove the plug from the power supply.
