Le apparecchiature si dividono in due Tipi (vedi Tabella 1 – pag. 45):
Apparecchiature a gas Tipo “A1”
Per queste apparecchiature non é necessario il collegamento diretto ad un condotto di scarico dei
prodotti di combustione. I prodotti della combustione però devono essere convogliati in apposite
cappe o dispositivi similari, collegate ad un camino di sicura efficienza oppure direttamente
all’esterno. In mancanza è ammesso l’impiego di un aspiratore di aria collegato direttamente in
ambiente esterno, di portata non minore a quanto richiesto in tabella 1. Tale valore va maggiorato
del ricambio d’aria necessario per il benessere degli operatori secondo le norme in vigore.
(Indicativamente in totale 35 m

/h per ogni kW di potenza gas installata)
Apparecchiature a gas Tipo “B11”
Per queste apparecchiature si deve prevedere il collegamento in uno dei seguenti modi:
•
Evacuazione naturale (fig. 7 – pag. 4)

Collegamento ad un camino a tiraggio naturale di sicura efficienza, interponendo un interruttore
di tiraggio, con scarico dei prodotti della combustione direttamente in ambiente esterno.
•
Evacuazione forzata diretta (fig. 8 – pag. 4)
.
Collegamento ad un camino a tiraggio forzato, interponendo un interruttore di tiraggio, con
scarico dei prodotti della combustione direttamente in ambiente esterno. L’alimentazione
dell’apparecchiatura deve essere controllata dal sistema di evacuazione forzata e deve
assolutamente interrompersi nel caso in cui la portata dello stesso scenda al di sotto dei valori
prescritti dalla normativa vigente. La riammissione di gas all’apparecchio deve potersi fare solo
manualmente.
•
Evacuazione forzata sottocappa (fig. 9 – pag. 4)

In questo caso lo scarico fumi dell’apparecchio deve essere portato ad un’altezza di 1.8 m dal
pavimento calpestabile, e la sezione di sbocco dei condotti di scarico dei prodotti della
combustione deve essere disposta entro il perimetro di base della cappa stessa. L’alimentazione
dell’apparecchiatura deve essere controllata dal sistema di evacuazione forzata e deve
assolutamente interrompersi nel caso in cui la portata dello stesso scenda al di sotto dei valori
prescritti dalla normativa vigente. La riammissione di gas all’apparecchio deve potersi fare solo
manualmente. (come figura a lato)
INSTALLAZIONE
Operazioni preliminari
Togliere l’apparecchiatura dall’imballo, assicurarsi dell’integrità della stessa e, in caso di dubbio,
non utilizzarla e rivolgersi a personale professionalmente qualificato. Dopo aver verificato
l’integrità si può procedere a togliere la pellicola protettiva di rivestimento. Pulire accuratamente le
