Cooling of food products  

 

  Prepare relevant food products to be cooled in the display fridge. 

 

  Only packaged salads, snacks, sandwiches, yoghurts, etc. can be stored in the 

cooling display. 

  When the inside of the device reaches the set temperature, the LED cooling 

indicator will go off and the unit is ready to hold relevant food products  

  The cooling display may be filled in through the folding doors on the service side. 

NOTE! 

Warm food should be cooled to room temperature prior to placing it in 
the display fridge. 
 

  Do not overfill the display fridge in order to enable free circulation of air and keep 

food products at appropriate distance from each other.  

  Take out the food products only when and as needed 

  After the use, disconnect the device from the socket (pull the power plug!).  

 
 
6. Cleaning 

 WARNING! 

Before cleaning, switch the device off via ON/OFF switch 
and disconnect it from the power supply (pull the plug out 
the socket!). 
Never clean the device with use of water jet! 
Be careful and do not let the water into the device.

  Clean the display fridge regularly. 

o

  Remove all food products from the cooling display and store them in the refrigerator 

during the cleaning to keeps them fresh.
