Never use chemical or corrosive cleaning agents such as e.g. scouring powder,
al
cohol, solvents or other substances that could damage the device’s surfaces.
o
Remove individual shelves in order to clean
the device
o
Clean them with the warm water and mild cleaning agent. Dry the cleaned surfaces
afterwards.
o
Clean the interior of the
cooling
display
regularly using a warm water and a
disinfectant appropriate for food service applications. Use only soft cloths. Rinse
them in clean water to remove all traces of the cleaning agent.
o
Clean external parts of the
casing
and
side glass panes
with a wet cloth and mild
cleaning agent.
o
Dry all cleaned surfaces thoroughly afterwards.
o
Insert the shelves to the device.
If the device is to remain unused for a longer period of time:
o
switch the device off via
ON/OFF
switch and disconnect it from the power
supply (pull the plug out the socket);
o
remove all food products and beverages from the cooling display;
o
clean the interior and exterior of the cooling display. Remove water and mould;
o
leave the door open, to allow the cooling display to dry thoroughly.
