The supply cable must be disconnected from the socket only by
pulling the plug.
•
Never carry or lift the device by the supply cable.
•
In any case do not open the device housing. In case of electrical or
mechanical modifications the electric shock hazard will occur.
•
Never immerse the appliance, the power cord and the power plug in
water or other liquids.
•
Do not use any acid agents and make sure no water ingresses the
device.
•
Never operate the device with moist hands or standing on wet floor.
•
Remove the plug from its socket:

when the device is not used,
-
in case of anomalies during operation,
-
before cleaning.
CAUTION!
To avoid damaging the device, observe the following instructions.
•
Never use the ceramic inner pot for storing food in the refrigerator or
freezer, then heat it in the outer pot immediately after taking it out.
Rapid changes in temperature may cause the inner pot to crack.
•
Avoid other rapid changes in temperature: such as placing the hot
glass lid and hot inner pot in cold water or on a wet surface.
•
Handle the ceramic inner pot and glass lid with care to ensure they do
not fail prematurely, for instance – avoid bumping the glass lid and
ceramic inner pot into faucets or other hard objects / surfaces.
•
Stop using the glass lid or inner ceramic pot if they have been
impacted, are cracked or heavily scratched.
