7. Possible Malfunctions

The indicator light 
displays "Fill the water 
tank." 

No water in the water tank. 

Turn off the device, pour in 
water and then turn on the 
device. 

The indicator light 
displays "Ice" 

There are too many ice 
cubes in the ice cube 
basket. 

Remove the ice cubes from 
the ice cube bassket. 

Both "Fill the water 
tank" and "Ice" indicator 
lights are displayed. 

The ice chute can not move. 

Check that the ice chute is not 
blocked with ice cubes. If not, 
contact customer service.  

Ice cubes are sticking 
together. 

The ice cube production 
cycle takes too long. 

Turn off the device and turn it 
on again when the ice cubes 
melt.
