6. Cleaning and maintenance 

 WARNING! 

Before cleaning separate the device from the power supply and allow to 
cool down completely. 
Never clean the device with water jets or steam under pressure! 
Make sure that no water penetrates into the device. 

 
 

Regular cleaning by the user 

 

o

  To ensure the device’s proper functioning, hygiene and power, clean it at the end 

of every work day.

 

 

o

  Before cleaning, disconnect the device power supply, close the water valve and 

leave it to cool. 

o

  Remove the rails from the device and wash them thoroughly with warm water and 

a mild cleaning agent; rinse in clean water and dry. 

o

  For washing the cooking compartment, use lukewarm water and appropriate cleaning 

agents. Rinse the compartment thoroughly with clean water and ensure no residue 
remains. Dry the cooking compartment. 

o

  Use only special stainless steel cleaning agents as inappropriate chemicals may 

cause corrosion. 

o

  Do not use cleaners containing chlorine (whiteners, hydrochloric acid, etc.).  

o

  After cleaning use a soft, dry cloth to dry and polish the surface.
