CAUTION!
Periodically check the rubber seal under the blade
(fig. on the right) and replace when damaged or
worn.
Good condition of the seal prevents penetration
of processed products into the device, which
may lead to damages.
Deactivation
The device deactivation consists of the following operations:
1. wait for the end of processing or obtaining the required
properties of the product before deactivation,
2. stop the device by releasing appropriate button,
3. put the device on appropriate work surface,
4. remove the plug from the socket;
5. perform cleaning.

6.1 Safety advice

Before cleaning and repairs disconnect the device from the power supply (remove
the plug!).
o
Before and during cleaning it is forbidden to touch the moving parts without making
sure that they are stopped and the device is disconnected from the power supply.
o
In order to avoid the electric shock never immerse the device, cable or plug in water
or other liquids.
o
Never place the device in the kitchen sink or in the running water. Always protect
the device from the water penetration.
CAUTION!
The device is not designed for direct washing with the water jet. Therefore do not
use the pressurized water for cleaning.
Do not use the pressure steam washers!
Do not direct the pressurized air jet to the areas with flour and generally towards
the device.
