The table below contains descriptions of possible causes and solutions to 
malfunctions or errors during operation of the appliance. When malfunction cannot 
be removed, contact the technical service.

hood correctly.

Insert the container 
correctly onto the motor 
unit.

Switch the appliance on 
with the ON/OFF switch. 

The appliance stops 
during operation. 

The overheating protection 
has been activated. 

Switch the appliance off 
and pull the plug out. Let 
the appliance cool off for a 
approx. 30 minutes, and 
restart the appliance 
afterwards.
