  The  foods  should  be  heated  in  the  high  enough  temperature  and  for  long 

enough. Only in this way any possible germs may be eliminated from the foods. 

 

Time setting for heat processing 

 

8.  To set the hour, press 1 x SET button (10). The hour indicator blinks. 
9.  Set the hour using the rotary control (6). 
10. To set minutes, press 1 x SET button (10). The minute indicator blinks. 
11. Set the minutes using the rotary control (6). 
12. To finish, press 2 x SET button (10) to save the setting. 

 

Temperature setting: 

 

13. Set the desired temperature using the rotary control (6). The temperature can be set 

any time except the situation when the time indication is blinking in the display. 

14. Press ON/OFF button (11). Slight circulation appears in the water. 

 

The heating process is initiated.

The heating element (1) becomes hot during operation. 

  Do not touch the heating element (1). 

 

 

WARNING - HOT WATER 

Risk of burns by hot water! 

The water in the circulation may become very hot. 

  Place the product to be heat processed into the water using the tongs. 

 

15. When the  water  reaches  the set temperature the  set  temperature  indicator  and  the 

temperature  measure  indicator  show  the  same  value.  You  will  hear  3  acoustic 
signals in one interval. 

16. Place the vacuumed packed food into the pot. 
17. Press  the SET button (10) and hold for 2 seconds. The acoustic signal will cease. 

The operating time starts, the display counts up. 

 

The heat processing begins.
